A few days ago I noticed that when I took off my skirt, the garter left a mark along my belly. A sure sign that I need to lose weight and go on a diet! Hahaha. The garter was seriously pushing against my skin already that it caused some redness and abrasion! Argh!
Note to self: less carbs, less sweets, more exercise, more water, less sodas (even diet sodas!)
I really need to get some pounds off, time to dust off the Wii and dance to some Zumba music!
