Photohunt :: hanging

this week's theme is hanging. these are my cross stitch masterpieces that my mom had framed and now hang in our living room. =)

cross stitch

i miss doing cross stitch. my sis introduced me to it. it gave hope for eternally artistic nincompoops like me. all you have to do is follow the instructions, stitch on the marked boxes and tada! you'll come up with a beautiful work of art... =)

LOL - "eternally artistic nincompoops"

Sounds like you just described me. Maybe I should take up cross stitch.

But seriously, that is a great looking cross stitch and I agree with mistyeiz, it must have taken a lot of time and patience. I'm sure hanging them in your home was rewarding.

You do beautiful work. I really love the second one. The gold forming the background is very dramatic.

Come by and see mine here.
